BluOS Setup Questions
AnsweredNew user here... just wondering if this is a compatible setup for BluOS to support wireless streaming.
I have:
- NAD C 368 Integrated Amp with BluOS 2i Module
- A pair of Klipsch Heresy IV
I plan to use the system for home theater and music streaming. Was considering adding a subwoofer and wanted to understand if I can just add the bluesound subwoofer or a 3rd party sub with the bluesound wireless subwoofer speaker link?
Or... do I need a powernode to connect my integrated amp to a subwoofer?

Because of the way communication works between the chassis and MDC on the C368, the RT100 (Bluesound wireless subwoofer link) via the USB port would not work. The original Bluesound SUB works in a similar way to the RT100 and so would also not be able to connect wirelessly with the C368.
At this time, the SUB+ cannot be wirelessly paired with the NAD C368 and while I cannot confirm, may also not be possible to add in the future.
All this to say the best way to connect a subwoofer to your C368 is to run a cable from the SUBW OUT of the C368 to your subwoofer, set the PRE OUT/SUBWOOFER output to PRE OUT, and adjust the crossover from your subwoofer's onboard settings.
