Vault 2 red dot
AnsweredAfter 6 years my Vault 2 has a red dot and can no longer be found with the BlueOS app.
I have tried to reset, but nothing works, the red dot stays.
Does this mean that the harddisk is broken? If so can I replace it myself?
I have a backup of my music on an external drive, but I can not see the content of it with my PC. Do I need a working Vault 2 to recover my music?

Hi Jacques
The LED is not related to your hard drive. Please unplug your player for 5 minutes - then plug it back in. If the problem persists, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com and we can help troubleshoot.
