Hi I plugged in a external USB hdd to the vault however I can't see anytjing on the bluos app. There is no USB option found. Help please?

Hi its the vault 2. The external hdd is the wd passport which already has some songs in it and is usb powered.

I was planning to play some songs also maybe do some backup but reckon that it has to be done through pc as there are alr songs in it.

I had previously used the same hdd and had no issues, but now when plugged in, it didn't run and didn't appear in the sources

So I plugged the hdd into a pc and it worked. Wonder what's wrong
