Pulse Soundbar + Volume and other issues
AnsweredHi, the volume output when connected over HDMI or Optical is very low in fact the TV speakers are louder. I have set everything to output in PCM ( even though it defeats the point of a Soundbar that is going to support Atmos at some point ) and the volume level is still low. I have adjusted the volume slider to 30 - 0 and this gives a quicker initial response to volume output but the max volume is still the same. The output to the subwoofer is too soft even with the trim set to max. These problems also effect the PowerNode 2i when connected over HDMI. I am comparing this to the well known ‘Other’ brand and in all honesty the other brand outperforms the Bluesound in terms of Soundbar performance. Are there any imminent updates to address the issues mentioned above as I believe a lot of users are experiencing issues.

As I understand it, you are experiencing this when the audio is set to PCM and over Optical? This, and as you have mentioned this occurs with your POWERNODE as well -- it would not be the same as what other users are reporting.
Please send a support request via app Help > Send Support Request and include the make/model of your TV so our support crew may look into this more closely.
