    When... That's not an answer. I have been waiting for more than 6 months.... The ETA was on august.

    It's really amazing that you can afford something like this in today's world. For my part, I have now made the 4th return because a promised function is not available. The dealers are all very pleased. I would like to give everything back, unfortunately that is no longer possible and I am stuck on this garbage. On Pulse 2i, 2x FLEX2i and Sub + 😤

    I was just about to start my infrastructure jurney with the pulse soundbar+, flex 2i, sub+, 2 powernodes for ceiling speakers in the bathroom and kitchen and have to say that Im getting a little cold feets. The "answer" from the Bluesound team through Tony is of course not really an answer to an important question.

    Terrible. Bluesound supposed to be a premium brand. I moved from Sonos and was a big mistake.

    i was really looking into adding a soundbar sub+ to my nad streamer, but reading all those comments i won't. i'm also wondering where there is more information on how the dolby atmos is actually working on the new soundbar, as it doesn't seem to have any upward-firing speakers. without those, dolby atmos isn't really a great experience.

    @Tony W. - Product Support Manager

    Any news on when we can expect the Atmos firmware update?

    In line with Martin's comments, Tony, I believe we deserve an update on the Atmos update.

    It has almost been half a year since release of the Soundbar+, and the Atmos support was THE reason for buying this product instead of the old Soundbar model.

    At least you could offer an explanation as to why the development is taking so long.

    I rather think it's an expression of lost patience.

    In my experience, unspecific timelines usually implies unknown timelines :-)

    A firm commitment to a specific quarter, and re-assurance that Dolby Atmos will be actually delivered together with a fix for the low volume issue would appease many of us.

    As it is, you are not building up confidence in your brand.
