Remote RC1 stopped working

My remote RC1 has stopped working recently. It seems to be since the software updated itself to 3.14.26. I also replaced the batteries in the remote recently. Please help, Peter

  No changes were made to how remote codes work in that particular maintenance release. Please select Help, Send Support Request in the App for one on one troubleshooting to check your settings and review your environment.
