    The Accupack would mean the FLEX battery pack correct? I have not seen anyone report this but I would suggest reproducing the issue, then send a log via app Help > Send Support Request (log is automatically attached) so that the support crew can investigate (also might be good to include your phone make/model as well)

    Yes that means the Flex Battery Pack. I tried to reproduce the Issue some Hours ago, but it seems, when the Flex Speaker is connect to Bluetooth and also in my wireless Lan, the Issue is not coming back. Thats really strange. I will try that again outside my Wireless Lan, but then i think i cannot use the Help Function in the App.
    Btw. I am using an Huawei P30 pro. And it could be that the Issue comes from the Smartphone. Now as you ask for my Phonemodel, i try to remember some situations with Bluetooth Issues and tadaaa.... I had some rarely Moments in my Car with same Issue.
    But anyways, i will try that again and let you know 😉
