BluOS can't find Powernode 2i

My Powernode 2i is hard wired to my router to benefit from all of my 1gbps line. My wireless is handled by a mesh system.
My mobile phone (Android) connects fine and can use the app perfectly and music sounds great
However my tablet (android OS) and computer (Win 10) on the same wireless network can not find the player and just sits on looking for players.
I have rebooted the player and uninstalled and reinstalled the app just in case and this has not solved anything. Any help gratefully received

never mind...fixed it by plugging the powernode into the ethernet port on the mesh router rather than the modem router
