Sound stops after short time

Dears,

following set-up: 

Powernode (2021) with external Dali Oberon 5 speakers

Sound stops after short time (between 5 seconds and 3 minutes), doesn`t matter if TV sound via HDMI cable or streaming via TuneIn or Tidal, Qobuz etc.

  When the audio stops via the speakers, is there still audio coming out of the headphone port?

  I'd recommend reaching out to the support crew via Help > Send Support Request in the app so that they may check this out closely.

  additional information: in the app the music or TV sound plays on (can be seen on the ongoing counter)

  Dears,

  sorry for my late feedback. 

  I received a new Powernode from the dealer and the new Powernode works perfect!
