Impossible upgrade of Node 2i

Hello,

I bought my Bluesound Node 2i 1,5 years ago and since this time the device isn't updated. I have Bluos 3.6.12 still. I've tried to make upgrade by wifi and by USB but without any result. In App there is always "It is not possible to check for updates. Try again later". I tried on Android and iPhone, I did hard reset of the device as well, but result was the same. Still old Bluos version: 3.6.12.

Can you help me?

  The problem is that my wifi connection and speed is very good :) I don't have any problem to use Tidal or radio. The only problem is with upgrade.

  Thank you all for your support.

  I've just solved the problem in my local Bluesound distributor. He used ethernet connection. There was information on his phone that update isn't possible but the device did update :) I don't know how, but it did it.
