    As you have never been able to perform any firmware upgrades you need to log a support call with Bluesound, they will either make changes to your router / initiate a manual update.

    In the Bluesound App, select Help…Send Support Request. Hopefully this will work, if it does not you can use the “? Support” Blue button that appears at the bottom right of this screen.

    Could be the server is down. As suggested, try again later (next day or so). Just a wild guess: do you have internet access? Can the node play a Tunein station?

    Also connecting directly to a router port with utp cable could help in case wifi is a bit weak.

    Always a good idea to launch a support request from the app, so that a log is included for the BS people.

    The problem is that my wifi connection and speed is very good :) I don't have any problem to use Tidal or radio. The only problem is with upgrade.

    Thank you all for your support.

    I've just solved the problem in my local Bluesound distributor. He used ethernet connection. There was information on his phone that update isn't possible but the device did update :) I don't know how, but it did it.
