Mounting share failed qnap

Hello,

I have a NAD368 with a Blusound module and I'm not able to connect it my QNAP NAS. What ever I try I recieve the message "Mounting share failed". The folder that I want to share is accessibale from my PC and I also can connect it as a Network share on ny PC.

  I will try it with the IP adress, this is the IP adress from the NAS?

  Hello,

  I tried this 192.168.178.99\\"NAS name"\multimedia\muziek 

   But i got the message that this is not the right format

  You can't use both IP and NAS name
  \\IP\multimedia\muziek or \\NAS name\multimedia\muziek

  I replaced the computername with the IP adress and that was the solution!

  good morning

  My computer consists of a Mac mini, a Qnap TVS-463 NAS and a Bluesound Pulse M. I have tried the different ways described here to share music from my collection on the Qnap without any success...I don't know what to do anymore...can you help me? Thanks
