    You could try with a browser "YourplayerIP/diag" or email to support@bluesound.com

    Thanks, I'll try that.

    The discussion we had on the subwoofer settings is worth an update from their side, at least of their documentation, or even better the introduction of an additional real on/off toggle.

    Also the fact that sending a support request doesn't work needs a fix.
