    Give your router a powercye, if that does not help then reboot your Bluesound players.

    From the Bluesound App select Help…Send Support Request.

    I have rebooted the router and all the bluesound devices twice by disconnecting them from power, waited for at least 30 seconds and then reconnected them

    Unfortunately the problem persists and has reoccured several times.
