Drop outs

I've been using Bluesound Node 2i. I cant seem resolve the problem of the drop-outs.

Have changed the channel to 3 on the wifi.

I have just discovered how to use my external
DAC for better sound quality but now I have 'locked volume' on all my devices...

Looking for some help bluesound please!
