App does not remember my player

Since a couple of days my android app does not remember  my player. I have to add it by hand every time.

When I close the app it is gone. I have tried two android phones and one Android tablet.
All have the same problem.
It is a Node2, Android app 3.14.1 Build number 2566
BluOS : 3.14.26

What has changed ?

  Thanks for your reply, I already did that. I just now removed the app from my smartphone and reinstalled it.

  Problem looks solved.
