M33 weak subwoofer output
AnsweredI returned the $5000 M33 because the subwoofer spec was insufficient to trigger the auto-on on my sub. The specifications read 1.1v output which customer support claims is correct. Yet so many people have this low sub output on also on the the node and powernode. I wish that NAD/Bluesound would correct this issue or provide a rational explanation for this low output issue. I would buy the NAD M33 in an instant if they would correct this.

Hi Bruce
You will have to speak to our good friends at support@nadelectronics.com - it sounds like they made a recommendation to you back in March regarding this;
Please use the L/R PRE OUT connections to your subwoofer. Set "Select attached speakers to No Subwoofer" and adjust the crossover manually at your subwoofer to match your speaker's low-pass frequency.
If this did not work for you, I recommend you write back to them as they will be happy to assist.
