ARC and gen sound

The TV / ARC volume is about 1/2 of what I hear when using Tidal.  Also now seeing / hearing the audio crack and cut out on both music and TV.  Should I return / exchange?

  O know has a blinking Red light, nothing works?

  Looks like the left side is not working.  I can rest but it blows when I add the left speaker.  I tried three different speakers, all the same and work on my other system.
