Backup

Lat year I backed-up my Vault to an external hard drive. At the same time I did this I downloaded my music from the Vault to my A&K Kann as I was moving overseas for a period of time.

The SD card in the Kann has corrupted so I need to re-load the music - but I only have the back-up hard drive with me (the Vault is in another country). I cannot get my PC to recognise the music files on the hard drive (although it can 'see' the hard drive when I plug it in), so I cannot copy the music files from the hard drive to the Kann.

I am doing something wrong here?
