Lat year I backed-up my Vault to an external hard drive. At the same time I did this I downloaded my music from the Vault to my A&K Kann as I was moving overseas for a period of time.

The SD card in the Kann has corrupted so I need to re-load the music - but I only have the back-up hard drive with me (the Vault is in another country). I cannot get my PC to recognise the music files on the hard drive (although it can 'see' the hard drive when I plug it in), so I cannot copy the music files from the hard drive to the Kann.

I am doing something wrong here?

  The backup drive created by the Vault is in the “EXT4” format, this is because of the underlying operating system of the Vault.

  It can be read on a Linux device such as a Raspberry Pi or you can Google for software that lets your PC read EXT4 drives.
