FLAC streaming via iphone to Node 2i

Hi,

These days, a lot of discussions are happening about Apple's entry into the lossless streaming domain and its business strategies. A recent article on whathifi.com says "if you have an iPhone or Mac and you subscribe to a lossless streaming service that plays FLAC digital audio files, you won't be able to play your music in its full lossless glory.".

Does it mean that if I am streaming Deezer Hifi through BluOS App installed on my iPhone to Node 2i, I will not be able to enjoy music in lossless (FLAC) format due to restrictions by Apple?

In BluOS App, I have added Deezer as one of the Music Services, and both of these devices (iPhone and Node 2i) are connected to the same wifi network.

I will appreciate your clarification.

  Hi Shahid.
  You "app" is only a controller, so all your streaming is done by your Node2i.
