Node 2021 LED Light switch on randomly

Hi All,

I've already returned one unit with this problem and I now have a similar issue on my replacement. (Support concurred that there seemed to be an issue)

The top panel LED randomly switches on despite me not activating the proximity sensor. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Although not as bad as the first unit, I'm perplexed.

Unit works without issue otherwise and Bluesound support has been excellent. I was just wondering in case I was missing something. (Tried all the resets etc for problem shooting).

  Hi,

  They can send out software/firmware updates, and it is at least some kind of control.

  I am more annoyed by the copy and paste answers than the issue. I also tried to ask a question which would put an end to my concernes please see above.

  “The only thing I do not really wan’t is that my Node is coming up from standby all the time (even with the sensor turned off).“

  In the mean time another bug came up for me and that one is also known and in the works since early 2022.
