no audio out via analog RCA jacks

Have been having trouble the last week or so where my node 2i will not have any audio out via the RCA analog jacks. No connection issues to the device via my phone app or on my laptop although I have reset those connections several times just to make sure. Somehow several times it has just started to work again and all is fine until the next time I turn on my system - no audio again. Any ideas here? Thanks

  Try unplugging the Node from the mains power for a good five minutes.

  If possible using the same interconnect leads try another device such a CD / DVD player into your amp (same inputs that you are using for the Node) to eliminate it from having an issue.

  If that does not work log a support ticket, in the App… Help…Send support request.

I have reset everything and no help. And no audio again through the analog out at the back. It appear this is common issue?  Any ideas here?
