Players no longer appear after last player update

    Try power cycling the Bluesound devices again as you have already rebooted your network components. Also then look in the Unifi controller to see if they are connected.

    Thanks for reacting -- I did powercycle a few times and yes, the devices do get an IP-address when I check in Unifi

    Can you ping them from your PC? There was a recent post regarding Unifi and the access points did in fact have the client isolation turned on.

    Might be worthwhile powering off your Bluesound Devices for a few minutes. If no joy raise a ticket with Bluesound... from the App "Help... Send Support Request"

    Thanks for another good tip !!!

    When pinging both devices there are no replies. Interestingly enough in Unifi 1 of the 2 devices does show up/down Lan data activity, the other one stays at zero

    (in all honesty: it annoys me I didn't think of the pinging myself ... :-) but kudos to you)

    And BTW: sending an online support request doesn't work -- all my controllers say "no information available", I guess because they can't find any players

    I have the same issues sinds the last update. My Node 2 is wired to my homenetwork I can ping from my device to the Node 2 but the app does not see the Node 2!!!!
