    I “played” with a UDM and found shielded or metal plugs on the patch lead limited it to 100Mbps (non pro version) but not on all attached equipment. 

    Raise a support ticket with Bluesound so they can have a look at the logs, also if you use Reddit would suggest posting in the Ubiquiti forum to see if anyone has any other pointers. 

    Hate to say this but a factory reset of the UDM got a few things working for me when I had one. 

    EDIT Presume you have tried it on auto negotiate?

    Additional to what Seppi's stated - if the players are Ethernet connected but no solid blue LED, it would suggest that they are not getting any signal over the Ethernet connection. Double check that the Ethernet cables are firmly in place on both ends, or perhaps test with different Ethernet cables (or on WiFi).
