    Please unplug the Player from the wall and wait 5 minutes then plug it back in. If the problem persists or returns, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may take a closer look.

    Thanks for your reply. Also unplugging the Player from the powersupply for 5+ minutes didn't resolve the issue. I followed your request and filled in the Support Request in the App.

    Same issue here! It’s connected but no sound goes out … please help I will fill a report too in the app
