Node Nano no connection to wifi or blutooth

I have followed the instructions to connect wired and wireless. I've not seen any way to actually use my streamer. I am currently connected via an ethernet cable but the nano still doesn't show up in the app. I've installed the app on iPad and iPhone with no change in my ability to connect in any fashion. I have any devices on my network but this is the only one that does not meet expectations of performance. How can I configure this Nano?
