BluOs Has Stopped Displaying iTunes Playlists from Networked xml File
AnsweredHello. Wasn't sure where to post this question, but since I've got my library on a network device, I thought I might try here.
PROBLEM: BluOS no longer displays my iTunes playlists from the networked xml file -- but otherwise functions perfectly with my iTunes music library.
I've used BluOs on two different Node devices for more than two years now with no issues. For first year, my music library (which I still manage & organize thru Windows iTunes because I rely on Genius for my playlists) was on a Synology NAS -- again with no problems. About a year ago, I bought into a Roon system with both Roon Rock and my music library now stored on a NUC. I was able to direct BluOS to the new music library location on the NUC, and everything worked swimmingly until one day all my iTunes playlists disappeared from BluOS.
Roon still displays all the playlists so it's not a critical problem -- but sometimes its easier for me to find music using BluOS than Roon, and I would like the playlists to appear there too.
Things I've already tried: (1) reindexing the music library (multiple times); (2) rebuilding/updating the Genius playlists within iTunes; (3) detaching BluOS completely from my music library and then reattaching it a few days later. None worked.
I can attach screen shots showing that the network share that I've directed BluOs to is the same directory than contains the iTunes xml file. Indeed, it worked fine for months following the switch to the NUC, and then the playlists just disappeared (it might have occurred after a BluOS update, but I'm not sure about that.)
Let me know if anyone has ideas -- or if I've posted in the wrong place.
Thank you.

Hi Everett,
Could you please send us a support request directly through the BluOS Controller app? This will automatically include diagnostic information from your player that will help our Support Crew take a closer look at your music library configuration and why the iTunes playlists are no longer appearing.
Please also include a brief reference to the missing iTunes playlists in the support request.
