Factory resetting the Node Icon?

Hello all, I've run into some issues with a Node Icon I just purchased used, so I'd like to factory reset it.  
I tried to reset it by plugging in the node, and pressing and holding the red LED light that turns on when the Icon is booting up, but that doesn't seem to work, the Icon just boots up regularly as if I was not pressing anything.  

Am I doing something wrong?
