    Hi Patrick

Listening Modes can do more than that and include tone controls, balances or DIRAC filters. What you are simply asking for should be happening 'auto-magically' if you have in Audio Settings, your Centre Channel enabled and Stereo Surround disabled.

This will turn the centre channel on for a DOLBY 3.x LCR mix and since two channel audio is that, Stereo Surround will not create a false atmospheric centre blend. If that is not happening, send us a lg file by selecting  Settings, Send Support Request in the App.

Thats interesting I didn't realise you could have different dirac modes per setting.

What happened to the firmware updates for late night mode and enhanced stereo mode as described below?

LISTENING MODE (COMING SOON via SOFTWARE UPDATE) Adjust settings within these listening modes to create separate listening profiles for Music, Movies and Late night – you can select a Listening Mode to enjoy different listening experiences quickly.

ENHANCED STEREO (COMING SOON via SOFTWARE UPDATE) Enables two-channel content to be played in stereo through all available speakers. Left and right signals are distributed across the center and surround channels, expanding the soundstage and creating a more enveloping listening experience.

Enhanced Stereo was rebranded in all of BluOS (not just the POWERNODE) as Stereo Surround on all models that support the front end of a Home Theatre Group.

Late night mode on some older models of SOUNDBARs was later renamed Enhanced Dialogue. This was done to boost the virtual centre channel. The PULSE CINEMA and POWERNODE P331 both have a true centre channel so instead feature a Centre Volume Trim feature to lower or boost the center channel 6 dB. These all do effectively the same thing... keep explosions quieter in the evening (when the kids are sleeping) without having to keep turning the volume up during during character development conversations.

Thank you for the reply! I’m away from home this week but will experiment more once I return home and reply.
