Fixed (Digital) Coax Out and variable XLR possible for node icon?

I need a fixed digital out without the variable volume and tone artifacts sent via the coax out to home theater.
In conjunction I need to keep the variable out on the xlr and line out to drive an amp directly.
Is this a firmware fixable thing? Or do I need to look for new hardware?

In the BluOS App, select Settings from the Home Tab. In your Audio Settings, set the volume to Fixed Output. If you need further assistance, please select Settings, Send Support Request and our BluOS Support Crew can assist further.

Yes it will. If you are looking to send to two systems at the send time, what you are trying to do is not possible and not really giving the true desired outcome.
Consider a second NODE NANO for the COAX output and grouping the two with the NANO fixed and ICON Variable. You can then group them for perfect syncronised playback. This will give you the solution you are truly looking for.
