A question about a persistent Roon indication in the BluOS controller app?
AnsweredHello everyone
Recently I tried Roon, but after a short trial period I cancelled my subscription. I completely removed Roon from my iMac, including all caches and preference files. However, I still see a Roon reference in the BluOS controller app on both my iMac and iPad.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the BluOS app on both devices, but the Roon icon/entry is still there. It's not really a major problem—more of a minor annoyance.
I own a Node X and keep it updated with the latest software versions and the last BluOS controller app.
Now I'm beginning to wonder if that Roon reference is simply a standard feature on the BluOS home screen (see attached screenshot). Does anyone know if that's the case?

Hi Jan,
This is expected because Roon is still associated with your Bluesound player. At this time, the only way to completely remove the Roon integration from the BluOS app is to perform a factory reset on your Bluesound player(s).
If you need assistance with the factory reset process, please don't hesitate to contact our support crew by submitting a support request through the BluOS app. Simply go to BluOS App → Help → Send Support Request, and a member of our support team will be happy to assist you.

Thank you very much. I already know how to perform a factory reset.
