Bluesound quality

I have a vault, node, and 4 pulse of which 3 of the pulses have had some sort of amplifier failure where I can still communicate with them, but no sound comes out. The vault only works about 50 percent of the time and losses the library on a regular basis. I have spent well over $5000 on bluesound products and have next to no ability to listen to music any more. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product.
