(Node2) constant red LED, PSU is not the issue, hard reset not working
AnsweredI got two Node 2 units. One of them is giving me the infamous constant Red Led of Death and is not visible in the network/apps anymore. The other one is working find. I cross-switched the Power Supply Board between the two and nothing changed. The PSU is not the problem.
I tried the hard reset on the defective one, but it doesnt react to any inputs. I tried different timings of pressing and holding the play-button as described in the internet, I tried starting it with an ethernet cable attached.
I wanted to upgrade the firmware via usb, but I am not able to find the image-file. Not even an old one back from the days, where one could download it from this homepage.
There doesnt seem to be a direct way to contact the support, so I made this post.
help please?
