Vault 2 - Solid Red Light
AnsweredMy Vault 2 quit working with a solid red light. I have tried unplugging and plugging back in. I have resorted to a factory reset - that did not work. Just a solid red light.
Is there a technician I can talk to or service centre in Western Canada that can help?
