    Another user here… starting with the obvious, is the 2i selected in the BluOS App and the volume turned up. There are volume buttons on the 2i. The 1-5 button are for setting presets.

    If this is second hand then it may be faulty or in need of a factory reset, if brand new (new old stock) I would contact the dealer directly.

    If no joy use the BluOS app to log a support ticket.
