Powernode N330 dead

The 2-year-old Powernode went dead. No lights at all, dead! I tried using a different power cable, but nothing happens. Left it 12 hours disconnected, still nothing.
Tried a couple of numbers in Canada where I live and couldn't get through. The first number had a pre-recorded message saying everybody was at a corporate event, and the second replied with "call back later, we are closed" even though it was Tuesday, 11 oclock.

By the way, this is my third Powernode. First was having a clicking sound out of the box, new. It got replaced. This is one that failed after just over 2 years.

Mine also dead. No lamps cannot reset

Capacitors are too close to power unit parts producing heat. Over a prolonged time, they get affected and die. You can either replace them (2) or buy an external power unit. I think some company from Poland makes them for Bluesound devices. It is a known issue, and you should report it

I opened my unit up and took out the power supply print. There are 4 bigger capacitors

There are number of you tube video clips that will show you how to do it.

I think those who are broken will make your instrument silent. Good ones will make sound when you connect poles with ohmmeters.
