    Hi Tony,

    Please check and verify the following:

    • The NODE is connected to the TV's HDMI ARC/eARC port.
    • HDMI ARC/eARC is enabled in the TV settings.
    • Simplink (HDMI-CEC) is enabled on the LG TV.
    • The TV's audio output is set to HDMI ARC/eARC.
    • For testing purposes, please set the TV's Digital Audio Output to PCM.
    • If possible, please try a different HDMI cable.
