You could try rebooting the router followed by your Bluesound devices, alternatively you can use the BluOS App to send a support request.

WiFi speeds are not necessarily a good guide of reliability, its signal strength that matters. You can check this also in the BluOS App.

I have tested the Pulse speaker at 1 meter distance from the WiFi router. But even at more distance the signal strength is very strong, I use WiFi extenders in other areas. I have a new WiFi 6 router 2 months old. None of the other 20 connected devices (incl Chromecast, TV) ever loses the connection from the network. As mentioned in my post, I have already rebooted all devices. But I don't think it is normal that I need to do that every 10 minutes? I have been testing more today and the Pulse speaker just randomly disappears from the network. Will definitely send support request, very disappointed. (I mentioned it happened mostly in grouped modus but that is not correct. Also when not grouped the Pulse disappears from network. I gave it a static IP address.)

The other devices you mention don’t talk to each other constantly like Bluesound devices have to, to ensure synchronised playback.

Whilst waiting for support do reboot the Router and unplug the extenders to see if that helps.

Rebooting does not help, mentioned that twice. So you say that Bluesound devices need a special kind of connection. Different from other WiFi devices. How does that work? Signal strength is optimal (-20db) and I use a manual channel with no congestion. I tried both with 2,4 and 5 GHz signal. No difference.
