Node Nano Numerous Issues
AnsweredI think this is the worst product and app experience I've ever had on a device, music or otherwise. My old Logitec streamer (Slim Devices) is light years ahead of this streamer. I cannot get it set up - giving it a name or location and pressing "Continue" takes me back to the start. Then at some point it shows an upgrade screen whereupon a constant message of "Looking for updates" is displayed. It never seems to find the update.
The iPhone app itself is incomprehensible and illogically laid out too. There is no indication of what I'm streaming from or what I'm connected to, and the front of the device has indicator lights where only the Volume Up or Volume Down are labled and intelligible.
I'm trying to find a way to reset the device, but the troubleshooting section of this site doesn't come up with a link when you search on "reset." I guess I'll have to wait till the work week to find a way to use it.
I'd love to try something better engineered and usable by a consumer - and cheaper wouldn't hurt either.
