Sub Pulse woofertrim jumps automatically to 0

My Bluesound Pulse Sub suddenly won’t let me adjust the subwoofer trim anymore. When I set it to 4, it jumps back to 0. When I’m listening to music it stays at 7, but I can’t lower it to 0. It’s connected to my Pulse Soundbar Plus, but unfortunately only via WiFi. I performed a factory reset on both devices, but nothing helps.
