AnsweredAfter the recent upgrade of my bluos vault 2i, the LED remains red. Several times I have disconnected and reconnected all connections of the player, and I have tried to reset the factory setting. To no avail.

I have had the same thing happen 3 times on my vault. Each time I had to send to a repair shop. I just received mine back and it is working now and it says an upgrade is available. I am not doing the upgrade because every time I have done this, the unit gets screwed up. It is amazing to me that these frequent updates are not tested extensively before they are released. My last repair cost over $700! I have now paid more in repairs that I paid for the unit when it was new. I have decided that BluOS is a very unreliable product, especially for the price.
