Log a support ticket using the BluOS App, it’s possible the update server had issues over the weekend but support will be able to help you. Don’t have anything to update so can’t check. - sorry.

this issue is going two weeks and more, a support team does not answer to my request through BlueOS, unfortunately. may be, this topic helps to solve an issue.

The same problem with NODE NANO, technical support is not responding to the request, how can I solve the problem?

It’s the Easter holidays, most businesses are closed for a four day period, so the earliest you will hear back would be Tuesday. If your NANO is working just dismiss the update notification for now, alternatively if you can wired the NANO using Ethernet directly to your Router it may update successfully.

I tried using the cable, we have exactly the same effect. Is it possible to update the firmware manually?

Only over WiFi / Ethernet, just wait for support to get back to you.
