another cry-out to disable lip-sync delay for certain inputs (like my optical TOS tv)
AnsweredI have just installed my powernode N331, and found that using it alongside my tv speakers is impossible. The tv audio comes out real time, and my large speakers connected to the powernode come later.
It is very noticable, and: WHY? I understand the multi-room nature of the system, but this is for sound next to my tv, like a soundbar only (supposedly) better. NO multiroom involved in this scenario.
Alas I am already past the return date of my powernode, so i cannot simply ship it back and buy another appliance.
Would bluesound please listen to the MANY complains, and allow us to reduce ALL THE WAY TO ZERO the lip-sync delay for a specific input under "customize sources"..?
Bluesound might feel that we are wrong to want that, but we are the customers: Please give us what (I've discovered only now) we are asking for.

HI Mourik
If you are seeing LipSync issues in excess of 50ms, there are other contributing factors than Bluesound. I am sure you have seen this Help Center Community thread: https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360046724114, which discusses our requirements for no bypass.
Our standard recommendation is to connect all devices to your TV and then connect your POWERNODE to the TV HDMI ARC output.
Regardless of which AV System you use, all systems recommend disabling the onboard TV Speakers as they will always cause some sort of reverb or echo, not just Bluesound. This is why TVs have the ability to disable their onboard speakers.
If you require more 1:1 troubleshooting, please feel free to select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App.
