    I would start by rebooting your entire network, including all BluOS devices. If the issue continues, please try logging out of Amazon Music and then logging back in.

    Hi Mark,

    I have definitely done that multiple times and even deleted and re-installed the app on three Android devices, my phone and two Lenovo tablets. My son, who works as a Level 2 Technician for Comcast Business Support, say that the WiFi dongle is dropping packets like crazy and that may be why in further testing it works fine in my Music Room with the Bluesound Vault 2 feeding digital signal via co-ax cable directly to my Luxman DA-06 dac.
