Normally the app is starting with "looking for player" there is no need to search... Are your NAD and the computer in the same network?

All my devices are connected to the network. When I go to settings it shows as connected. My bluetooth is on.

I understood: problem is about using the windows "BluOs App" with the NAD V10. What about the Android or IOS apps an mobile devices? Can you open the NAD V10 menue by using the ip-adress in any browser on your Dell?

BTW: You need LAN or WLAN not bluetooth to connect the NAD to the BluOs Apps.

It's possible that when I set up the V10 that it was set up with WAC . When I read the quick set up instructions but that is for an IPad. So that's my mistake .

I will go see if I can have an IT guy at work to look at my dell to see if everything is set up properly.

I have an I Phone so I will also set up the app on the phone to test it .

I want to use my computer because it will be my primary way for me to search for music,I like the bigger screen. I'm not much of a phone guy.

I also was playing around with the V10's touch pad screen and touched the USB button in one of the menus.I thought that I could search around and go back. I hit the BluOs button upgrade and now it's stuck with an Error #1 - Server unrecognizable message and the V10 icon on the top of the unit is now red. I unplugged it hopping that it would reset it's self but it hasn't . I'm incompetent, at some point I believe this will be straitened out. I like the unit and if I can get the app to work I'm sure I will have a lot of fun with everything.I appreciate all of your help and patience.I'll be in touch in the next couple days . Thanks again.

I did a reset per the instructions in the manual and I'm still getting the same error , Error #1 - Server unrecognizable. The unit is not usable at this point .

Hi Robert, it sounds like your network is blocking LAN (Ethernet) to Wi-Fi connections. If you know your way round your Router look for something called client isolation, this needs to be off.

I would however suggest contacting NAD support for help with your NAD M10 support@nadelectronics.com
