    Hi Dieter,

    I suggest performing backup on your VAULT's internal storage as much as you can. That said, I have forwarded your feedback to our quality assurance and development team for future update consideration.

    Backing up corrupted data isn't going to solve my problem.  

    By that, do you mean copy all the data from the vault to my computers hard drive, defrag it and then put it back on the vault?  Be a lot easier if you just created a defrag feature as part of BluOs software.  That would solve all my problems.
