Burbling sound from subwoofer
AnsweredSometimes when changing songs on tidal or moving from tidal to eARC the subwoofer makes a loud burbling sound/static noise for a few seconds and then returns to normal. It happend from like half a year. There is no issue when I connect the subwoofer via High level inputs from speakers. So only subwoofer coaxial output is affected.
Also, was there a change to how the sub works? Because I recall, that some time ago I could have a subwoofer disabled in options, there was no noise, but the subwoofer received the signal. Now the subwoofer only receives the signal when it's turned on in the setting and the crossover is set. I have a crossover in my sub and I would prefer to get full range for speakers and full for sub.

Hi, same issue on my side.
I bought powernode 2i in 2021.
Everything was fine until last month.
I'm currently experiencing issues about my powernode 2i and my sub using LFE input. When the powernode goes stand by mode, after a certain time the Subwoofer starts to make noise, quite high, a constant noise, like white noise. I've seen that this appears when the Tidal input is selected. Once I change input to HDMI or Radio, the white noise disappears. If I let the powernode with HDMI or Radio input selected, I've not this issue even in standby mode. I'm getting an issue only when Tidal input is selected. Can you explain to me what is the solution to fix it ? What happened regarding the signal path for the sub between Tidal input, Radio or HDMI input ? hardware changes or it's only a software modification ?Thanks for your help0
