    Normally a few hours, try rebooting your router and if that does not help then reboot your Bluesound device,
    .

    Still not working… then use the BluOS App to send a support request.

    A temp error between yourself and the TuneIn servers, a player reboot may help but normally this goes away in its own accord.

    How long should I expect to wait before the problem goes away, then?
    I am not behind VPN or proxy or anything like that...

    I have the exact same issue
    started roughly a month after updating to 4.10.11
    since then about every couple of month it stops working
    logout and login again solves the problem

    it's a pity this 
    a) behaviour isn't  documented
    b) hasn't been fixed
