Deezer Error in Bluesound
AnsweredHello Bluesound crew.
I keep having a bad experience with Deezer on my Bluesound Nano.
This morning I got that message:

And after a reset of my Bluesound Nano, I tried again and it seems it doesn't let me connect to my deezer account from the BluOS App, I got this message and can't do anything unless i switch to Bluetooth mode and get my music through the Deezer app directly:

Is there something I can do to avoid this and use Deezer normally through BluOS?

Log out of your Deezer account, restart your entire network, and then log back in to Deezer to see if this resolves the issue.If the issue continues, please send us a support request using the BluOS app. In the BluOS app, simply go to Help > Send Support Request and a member of our support crew will be happy to assist you further.
