    Hi,

    Log out of your Deezer account, restart your entire network, and then log back in to Deezer to see if this resolves the issue.

    If the issue continues, please send us a support request using the BluOS app. In the BluOS app, simply go to Help > Send Support Request and a member of our support crew will be happy to assist you further.
