Cross over Sub +

I have two Flex and one Pulse and a Sub+ grouped into one fixed group. The sub is paired to one of the Flex speakers. I would like to set a higher frequency for cross over, but it also eats up bass from the Pulse. Since that speaker is located at another corner of the floor, in an ideal situation I keep all the bass at the Pulse and adjust only the cross over between the sub and the flex speakers. Is that possible?
