NODES out of sync…NO support or solution
AnsweredI’m getting soo annoyed with the blue sound nodes. Last year I bought the n132 node and the node nano to ‘network’ my B&O speaker sets. All worked fine until the last update. After playing a few songs via Spotify the speakers/nodes go out of sync. I have tried all suggestions via the forum… Nothing works! 800 euros down the drain. Bluesound should compensate consumers for selling products that do not meet its claims.. It’s ridiculous!! It’s like selling a car that doesn’t drive. If you really want to be perceived as a premium brand you should offer the service/solutions that go with it.how can I get my money back?
